This was my first time on a cruise with this company, traveling on the Queen Anne, which departed on November 30, 2025. From the start, I suffered from intense seasickness. I've cruised before, but I've never been on a vessel that felt so unstable. Throughout the trip, there were numerous technical problems. Planned port visits were canceled, shows were disrupted, and the daily schedule was often altered. After 14 days on board, I was eager to leave. While I recognize that issues can happen at sea, the frequency and severity of the problems made this journey extremely frustrating. Eventually, the captain admitted that the ship was facing technical challenges. The rocking never ceased, and by the end of the trip, it was clear there were likely issues with the stabilizers. After one port call was missed, I reached out to guest services to ask for a day of complimentary Wi-Fi due to the ongoing difficulties. That request was turned down. We arrived a day ahead of schedule and stayed overnight on the ship docked right in front of the port. Overall, this was the most disappointing cruise experience I've ever had, and it will be my last time sailing with this service.
