I’ve shopped at C&A a few times hoping to find affordable basics, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing.First, the quality of the clothes has drastically declined. I bought a few items that looked nice in-store, but after just one wash they started fading and losing shape. It feels like the materials they’re using now are cheaply made and not suited for regular wear.To make things worse, when I went back to the store to return the items, the staff were unhelpful and uninterested. I had all the receipts and tags, but they gave me a hard time and offered no real solution. They kept repeating the store policy without any empathy, even though it’s clear the products were faulty.I also noticed that sizes are inconsistent. An item that fit me perfectly in one style was unwearable in another, even though the size labeled was the same. It makes shopping frustrating when you can’t trust the sizing.Overall, between the poor product quality and the lack of helpful customer service, this was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. I won’t be returning to C&A and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for reliable clothing.
