I’ve been a member on and off for many years across several of the Cupid ladies sites. The scamming and fake profiles have increased 10 fold since the first day I joined their Cupid Media sites. The company is not interested in having a site free of fakes and scammers and will show little interest to remove or tackle these issues. They are laughing at us all the way to the BANK each time a member joins or renews their membership.
They set your auto renew of membership automatically to on so you are rebilled at the end of your term. This is totally deceptive and unacceptable. I emailed them 5 times asking for a refund because I did not want to renew. Absolutely 0 response.
Colombian Cupid or Dominican and Thai Cupid is riddled with scammers only fairly safe are verified users.. but I found a few of them to be bad also. I turned in 5-30 bad profiles per day very few were removed because they are starving for content or customers.. They want you to turn in fraud but do nothing to protect the clients .. so sad… if I could give 0 stars I would
Cupid Media apps, like AsianDating and BBW Cupid are scams. These are propably run by these so called "yahoo boys", who are specialised in love scams. Yahoo boys operate their scams for example in Nigeria and Ghana.In these apps/sites there are women profiles who over exsessively want to contact you. When you start a conversation with them, after few messages they want to move on to different platform, such as watsapp or google chat or telegram or just emails. On another platform, they talk to you, and after couple of hours, they say they want to be your girlfriend, and they love you. After accepting this girlfriend reguest, they "are so happy" because they have "waited this for so long". After this, they start asking you for money in various things, like maybe for their netflix account what is suspended suddenly on that day, or they need gasoline for their vehicle, or then they might even have a business opportunity for you, where you can buy and sell stuff, and you only need to put a primordial investment of 500€ in some kind of app where the selling of goods is done, and that "girlfriend" guides you through the process how this marvelous business app will make you rich.This scam, from first time ever even hearing about this person --> to start taking to them --> to going on to talk on a different platform --> to starting a "relationship" with them --> to them asking you for money, can all happen in under couple of hours. Its not weeks of talking, it's not maybe even days. They can start asking money as fast as couple of hours after first taking to you.And these so called "profiles" are mostly worldwide known pornstar pictures and onlyfans stars. You can easily find some real person behind these fake accounts by using google picture search.Hope this review and investigation helps.
Cupid media id 100% a continuing criminal enterprise. This means that the people at the top could be facing life sentences. I am going to the FBI Monday morning.These people lure you in with a woman who just seem average or above average. The con is, they never go live. You cannot chat live with anyone! They just text and text, never coming into the sunshine. Probably Men! They will be sorry they did not refund my money. Big civil lawsuit coming, if I can find a lawyer who is capable.
I am a transsexual woman, meaning I had sex reassignment surgery and my passport reflects this by stating I am female. Someone at cupid media changed my gender marker to male. The only way to change the gender marker was to get verified by submitting a photo of my passport which I did. They verified my profile but left the gender marker still as male and refused to change it
I been to few of cupidmedia dating sites over the years, it's not just one time only also not just one site (chinalovecupid, hongkongcupid, vietnamcupid etc etc) they are all not good. One time i coment on someone's pic and she reply that she had deleted.that pic long time ago. I reply to someone message and she reply back saying that she didn't send that message. Well you figure out what is going on here. I paid for 1 month membership and they took out the next month after that one, so i cancel my credit card. They Permanent Deleted my profile a number of times. There are many many good member there (female, i can't say the same about male too many crooked people). Anyway stay away or if you opem account to not pay for membership.
Scammers , money hungry evil people in the name of Christian.....such a joke. Satan is very happy with these idiots. The company offers NO REFUNDS AT ALL. there is very good reason as to why..... bots fake profiles and the like. Seriously need a thorough Tax audit and fraud investigation.
