Reaching the service has proven to be quite difficult. One of the toys I ordered arrived damaged, which isn't surprising considering the poor state of the packaging. I haven't heard back from them since 11/20/25 despite sending multiple emails. I'm currently down $63 for the broken item and another toy that is unusable, which was intended as a Christmas gift.
On December 11, I made a purchase and received an order number. They charged my credit card, but I haven't received the package. There's no information available on my order or tracking number. The provided phone number is useless. I've emailed them but received no information. I wouldn't recommend this company; it feels like I've been scammed.

Caution with this seller! The Rainbow Stacking toy I ordered didn't match what was advertised on social media. I tried contacting them through their chat feature but received no replies. After multiple emails, they only agreed to replace the item, not refund it, and then stopped responding altogether.
Customer service has only responded to one of my many emails. It's been over 20 business days without a tracking number. In their only response last week, they claimed everything was in stock and a tracking number would be provided within two days. Nothing has come. Terrible customer service; the site seems like a scam since they took my money and nothing has shipped. DO NOT BUY. I've even warned them via email that I would report them if they don't respond.
I ordered an orange busy house two weeks ago for $300 with an expected delivery of 24-48 hours. It finally arrived today, 12/27/24! Upon unpacking, it appeared nice, but one component, the battery-operated light switch, does not work. I tried changing the batteries, but it still won't function. I'm extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with this product.
