Terrible customer service, not able to speak with anyone on the phone. Being told I cannot get a refund for an item because I exchanged it for size. Doesn’t say that anywhere in the return information and quite frankly doesn’t make any sense.
Took over 3 weeks for the exchanged item to arrive. Would have been easier to return and repurchase.
Still waiting for a real person to call me after 4 requests.
