I ordered a few swimsuits that didn't quite fit when they arrived. The return/ exchange policy was fantastic. I was able to order the correct size, and my order arrived quickly. I love the versatility of their policy and the selection of items.
Terrible customer service, not able to speak with anyone on the phone. Being told I cannot get a refund for an item because I exchanged it for size. Doesn’t say that anywhere in the return information and quite frankly doesn’t make any sense.
Took over 3 weeks for the exchanged item to arrive. Would have been easier to return and repurchase.
Still waiting for a real person to call me after 4 requests.

I was misled by Cupshe advertising in to believing they offered free returns. I ordered multiple sizes in order to try on and determine best fit. Shame on me I should have known. Returns are not in fact free and shipping back to China is exorbitant. The fabrics used look really good in photos but in fact are very low quality synthetics and now I am stuck with new clothes for the donation bag that were overpriced. Buyer beware.
Bought a bathing suit it was too small didn’t fit well so they said I could return it or get a credit to purchase something else so I did the credit to purchase something else ordered another bathing suit way too small and they will not refund me or put my credit back on my account or give me a shipping label that I’d have to pay for shipping myself, which is the same price as the bathing suit so that was pretty pointless and otherwise I’ll be shopping elsewhere. I will never shop here again.
I was looking for a swimsuit company that had a mix of good coverage but still sexy swimsuits. A couple I bought, I did love. But the bottoms of a couple others I bought, felt like wearing a diaper. I have always been partial to bikinis a little more cheeky because they seem to both feel and look better but I know other women like more coverage - I wish there were more options to go more or less cheeky like I have seen with other companies because some of the swimsuits are really cute but I now know shouldn't buy because the bottoms will look bad on me. Great material quality though! Otherwise, a lot of their swimsuits go on backorder and do give you an estimated ship date but unfortunately mine were shipped 2 weeks after they said they would be shipped and I was not able to bring them on my vacation.
I ordered swimsuits and a sundress for an upcoming trip, and paid for expedited shipping. The expected date was Monday, and I needed it no later than Tuesday, so I thought I had a good buffer. My items did not come in time and the expedited shipping fees were a waste.
If you say you can get it to me by a certain date, that should happen.
Not sure how cupshe has so many positive reviews. I ordered multiple items and the shipping was slow, products were cheaply made and looked nothing like the pictures, and it’s a huge headache to return anything. I will never order from this company again and suggest others avoid it too. Very disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience.
Overall I enjoyed my shopping experience with Cupshe. I ordered 3 beautiful suits but they took longer than expected to be delivered. However, when I contacted customer service, they answered promptly and helped me with my issues.
The sizing is completely off . A large bikini top is like a size 10
When enquiring about returning my items I was told it would cost me $11.95 shipping to return them . Since they were way to small I had no choice but to returns both bikini tops which I had paid a total of $64.20
I was then refunded only $41.50
Basically I had to pay $22.70 to return these items
Buyer beware of this , I’m out of pocket $22.70 with no items !!
I just received another refund from this company for good will , so although sizing is off , there customer service is excellent
