I'm not impressed with Cupshe. They need to work on their customer service to keep customers informed about their orders. I placed an order of £97 on the 17th March, and still not yet received anything.I did have an email back after emailing Cupshe myself saying that one of the items had been in the sale and that was why my order had been delayed. I then asked for them to ship the available items, as I was going away on holiday.They replied saying yes the order was going to be on its way the next day. And still I wait. 🙈I have never had this with any other company that I have bought online with.Disappointed.
