My order was dispatched in two parcels. One arrived at the correct time and the other did not. I could not track it and tracking didn’t update. Contacted the company who kindly offered a compensation plan which I agreed. The outstanding parcel did eventually arrive. Very pleased that the company took the issue seriously. They dealt well with the complaint/issue
