Oh dear wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. No customer service! It says 4-5 working days but the clothes I’ve ordered aren’t arriving until after I leave for my holiday. I won’t be using again, very shoddy service! REPLY TO CUPSHE 03/04: Your costumer service team only responded once I’d left a 1 star review. When I needed assistance with my order, there was no way of getting through to anyone and I tried all 3 of your options. I have replied to their offer to send the ‘non pre order’ items, as long as they arrive in time, otherwise please cancel items and refund me.
