I ordered two sets of six mini Christmas wreaths with a bonus set in November. I only received three mini wreaths weeks later. I've been trying to resolve this with their customer service, but they refuse to send the missing fifteen wreaths and want me to pay to return the three wreaths before they 'refund' me only $16 of the $52 I spent. They expect it will take a month to process the refund, and the three wreaths must be undamaged. It would cost me more to ship them back than what I paid. They won’t send me the remaining wreaths, leaving this issue unresolved. I paid $52 for three low-quality plastic wreaths.
