I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered six wreaths but only received three. It took over a month to arrive, and contacting the service was a challenge. The wreaths look cheap, and I doubt I will receive a refund. I advise against ordering from this seller. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I am considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
I ordered two sets of six mini Christmas wreaths with a bonus set in November. I only received three mini wreaths weeks later. I've been trying to resolve this with their customer service, but they refuse to send the missing fifteen wreaths and want me to pay to return the three wreaths before they 'refund' me only $16 of the $52 I spent. They expect it will take a month to process the refund, and the three wreaths must be undamaged. It would cost me more to ship them back than what I paid. They won’t send me the remaining wreaths, leaving this issue unresolved. I paid $52 for three low-quality plastic wreaths.
I ordered a Christmas box on November 26. Today is December 24, and it still hasn’t arrived. The original tracking was completely useless and didn’t show where the item was. Yesterday, I was informed it was in Santa Clara, California, waiting for the post office. I informed them multiple times it was a Christmas gift, but the item still hasn’t come. I plan to get my money back from my payment provider.

This is undoubtedly a SCAM service. DO NOT place an order with them. If you have, contact your payment provider and file a dispute immediately. Refer to reviews on other platforms to support your claim. Spread the word.
