Terrible experience, whilst customer service in itself is not too bad, the clinical prescribing team in their ivory tower are :
Unresponsive
Unwilling
Unbothered
They are happy to leave ill patients without medication and frankly with no regard for their wellbeing
Because I had a supernumerary 10g px of cura zks agreed by clinician arjun shahad; the clinical prescribing team have taken 10g from my usual 40g per month px and are now leaving me a week before I can even order more medication . It has been 48 hours since I last had access to this and the team do not care.
Why should patients suffer because an extra ten grams was added as a one off last month 🤔 absolutely crazy logic
I dont know what else can be done to prevent me from moving to another clinic. I suppose having some explanation as to why supernumerary prescriptions are 'taken back' out of a patients monthly allocated amount might be helpful as I would say doing this is at least unethical
