Extremely Poor Communication and Left Without Essential Medication
I have been trying for over a week to reorder my prescribed medical cannabis medication and have been completely ignored. The only prescription issued was one I clearly said I did not want because it is far too strong for me. I need medication that allows me to function normally, not something that leaves me unable to cope.
Despite sending multiple messages, I have had no proper response or resolution. I am now almost out of my current cartridge and once again left without medication. This is incredibly distressing, as my condition is seizure-related and without consistent access to my prescribed treatment, I am at real risk of my seizures returning.
It is unacceptable to have to chase essential medication like this. The stress of repeatedly trying to get a response only worsens my condition. Patients relying on prescribed treatment deserve timely communication and proper care.

As a paying customer for services understanding people have there own expectations and experiences with cannabis and some consumers already know what works , for me it's flower but was told I'd have to try oil (already tried) then gummies (not interested) , vape cartridges (already tried) meaning wasting money along the way which I'm not willing to do.
Curaleaf is not the best company to deal with.. you get past from pillar to post when trying resolve issues.. They take your money for appointments and you get your initial prescription but when it comes to ordering.. it’s a nightmare.. never have stock and so difficult to request alternatives. I have had 3 appointments.. 2 of them a complete sham.. connections drop etc .. only ever received first delivery of medicine.. this company should be avoided.. absolute rip off
Very disappointed with the fact that i went through the process of booking my initial appointment which i had to pay a £30 fee for, then after the appointment to be offered the subscription which states it covers your first appointment cost.
I thought thats great ill do that, when trying to take the subscription it was still charging the full amount and not taking into account the payment already made or offering a refund of that after the subscription was started.
I contacted the customer service as i thought i must be doing something wrong or the system was doing it wrong, to only get a shrug response from customer service with a ‘as you have had your consultation, you have pay the full subscription, unfortunately’.
Which makes it feel like a scam as i had to pay the £30 before i could book the appointment with no offer at that point of the subscription.
I discussed my condition candidly and felt truly heard. It was a liberating experience to engage with a medical professional who is not biased against cannabinoids. I'm very happy to have begun this journey under a supervised legal framework.
I reached out during the festive season and spoke with a representative who was outstanding. They were direct in providing assistance and incredibly pleasant to communicate with. Considering the sometimes sensitive nature of medications, it’s reassuring to know there’s someone available to help when needed. Thank you once more.
I am really let down by a male staff member at the pharmacy who has dismissed my concerns multiple times. Now, I find myself without any pain relief, and it's incredibly frustrating. I had to call for an ambulance when I was in distress, but no one responded when I was in urgent need. As someone in a wheelchair with medical needs, I feel abandoned without the necessary support. This experience has tarnished something I pay for to assist with my disability.
I faced a challenge while trying to order a repeat prescription (which was my own fault for delaying) but it was resolved instantly and effortlessly. The service was unexpectedly outstanding. I truly appreciate the help and feel relieved. The representative provided me with excellent assistance.
I had a terrible experience with customer service in this medical setting. While not as bad as some other services, they still fell short for a clinic. I was called a liar and denied the chance to speak to a manager. Despite confirmation from my payment provider, the staff member was unhelpful and rude. I've now switched to a better clinic that offers next-day delivery. The doctors are fine, but the staff are unprofessional and disrespectful. If you have a no-abuse policy, it should apply to your staff as well. I lost my temper, but it was provoked by their behavior. They need to improve significantly.

They keep my general practitioner informed about my treatment, which is very helpful. I've explored various medication options until finding the one that alleviates my pain the best.
