I ordered a week ago andwas asked for extra documents AFTER paying. I immediately requested a refund and got no reply. After serveral calls and messages, I was given conflicting explanations and told about emails and refunded attempts I never received. I am still waiting for my refund. Based on my experience, this company has been unreliable and a waste of my time. To say they've been less than truthful is an understatement.
