Very slow delivery
I ordered my usual migraine tablets, I have not used Cured before and will not be again. Took almost 2 weeks for the items to arrive, will be sticking with other online pharmacies in the future that deliver much quicker. No problems with the actual item.
Finally got my order after two weeks waiting and email apologising and confirming that the order has been dispatched and delivered it was a relief.. but I’m not convinced that I will place another order there
I would not recommend this pharmacy at all at first I thought they have great price and service but after I received first order my first problem was the pen at the last week of my dosage the pen didn’t work so I contacted the pharmacy but they keep on saying that the pen maybe leak etc so after ordering second pen I contacted them if they can send me a link I had quick reply ..but soon as I ordered second one the number didn’t work neither their main line number which is on there website they took my money no order received and I contacted them through all the available emails and numbers it’s two weeks later now so I believe they are scammers
Cured are very thorough with their weight loss approvals. I had my consultation today with the pharmacist and was pleased to say it got approved very quickly. I’ve also got the tracking details hope it comes by tomorrow.
Completed video call consultation which took couple of seconds. Straight after received an email to say my order was approved, after few hours got my tracking number and the next day got my parcel. I was updated at each step very good service Cured!
The service took payment for my prescription and then completely ceased all communication. My order was never shipped, and despite numerous attempts to reach out, I received no responses or refund. I spent an immense amount of time trying to get updates and basic information, leading to considerable stress and anxiety. Missing or delaying doses directly impacts health, and the lack of communication exacerbated the situation. Accepting payment without providing medication or issuing a refund is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against using this service.
The service was incredibly slow; unlike other pharmacies, they require payment before order approval. My order was never approved, and every email or chat I initiated just pushed me to purchase a lower dose. Whenever I requested a refund, they stopped responding! I had to resort to a PayPal dispute to get my money back, only to face a £20 cancellation fee.
Incredibly professional and helpful, I highly recommend this service! They prioritized my medication delivery at their own expense when I requested it. Additionally, they offer the best prices available!
Outstanding service with attractive pricing when compared to other providers. The representative also reached out for a consultation, which was a delightful experience. They were very knowledgeable and addressed all my inquiries with calmness and confidence.
The pricing is deceptive; they advertised Mounjaro 7.5mg at £135, but after completing the assessment and providing my details, they demanded £220. Don't be misled by this bait-and-switch tactic as I was. Additionally, they accused me of posting a defamatory review and attempted to have this feedback removed.
