The service took payment for my prescription and then completely ceased all communication. My order was never shipped, and despite numerous attempts to reach out, I received no responses or refund. I spent an immense amount of time trying to get updates and basic information, leading to considerable stress and anxiety. Missing or delaying doses directly impacts health, and the lack of communication exacerbated the situation. Accepting payment without providing medication or issuing a refund is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against using this service.
