I ordered a name sign in February and still haven’t received it. I’ve tried reaching out on multiple platforms, but the seller has not responded even though my messages have been seen. I held off on writing a review hoping for a refund or my order, but that seems unlikely. The seller continues to post offers and highlights a quick turnaround while I've received nothing. Extremely disappointed.
