I placed my order on September 3 for a Christmas gift, fully aware of the 10-week lead time. After following up at the beginning of December (13 weeks later), I received a curt reply stating my order was being dispatched, but only part of it arrived. Further communication resulted in blunt responses with no apologies, assuring me the rest would arrive before Christmas. It didn’t, and now, 18 weeks later, I'm still waiting. It's disappointing because what I received is lovely, but the numerous negative reviews suggest a scam, especially since they continue to advertise a 10-week turnaround while having many pending orders. I strongly advise against this service!
The item is well crafted and of excellent quality, with quick dispatch and delivery, carefully packaged. I finally set it up in my little girl's nursery as we prepare for her arrival next year. Very satisfied and would recommend this business to anyone. Thank you!
The product is great and offers a variety of color options. My final design turned out beautifully. It took longer to dispatch than expected after I received the shipping notification, and I didn't get a response to my message asking for tracking details. However, it did arrive in time for Christmas.
I ordered a name sign in February and still haven’t received it. I’ve tried reaching out on multiple platforms, but the seller has not responded even though my messages have been seen. I held off on writing a review hoping for a refund or my order, but that seems unlikely. The seller continues to post offers and highlights a quick turnaround while I've received nothing. It's now been 20 weeks, and I've been trying to contact the seller for a month without any response, despite their frequent posts. No explanation, item, or refund yet. It's disappointing to write this, but perhaps it's the only way to get attention. Beautiful items, but very poor customer service.
