I placed my order on September 3 for a Christmas gift, fully aware of the 10-week lead time. After following up at the beginning of December (13 weeks later), I received a curt reply stating my order was being dispatched, but only part of it arrived. Further communication resulted in blunt responses with no apologies, assuring me the rest would arrive before Christmas. It didn’t, and now, 18 weeks later, I'm still waiting. It's disappointing because what I received is lovely, but the numerous negative reviews suggest a scam, especially since they continue to advertise a 10-week turnaround while having many pending orders. I strongly advise against this service!
