All the usual good stuff but some confusion when the Currencyfair confirmation of the transaction named me as the recipient (I was sending money to someone else and had filled everything in correctly) and gave the last four digits of an account number that did not my mine, the recipients or Currencyfair's. Increase in bowel motility ensued as the sum involved was in 4 digits. Phoned and got assistance a very helpful and patient lady. We worked through the problem and things looked OK. She e-mailed me a short while later to say the money had arrived and not to worry. Great service, no long wait or annoying recordings. Been using Currencyfair for over 10 years, 99% straightforward.
