I have been using CurrencyFair for a few years now. The exchange rates and fees are good. The exchange happens quite quickly - quicker than my bank does.I have to use the two step method - setup the payment and then send the money to CurrencyFair from my bank account. The strange thing is they have an arrangement for direct access to collect the money from the Royal Bank of Scotland but not for NatWest which is the same company.
