I am very upset with their customer service. They do not have anyone you can speak with. I had to have my credit card company step in and assist me with my order. I only recieved one of two items and I cannot get their staff to recognize or understand that I only received one item.
Hopefully my credit card company will be more successful.
If I were to order again, I would order each item separately multiple days apart because, whom ever is responsible for packing orders is incompetent.
