I would stay well away from these people - their "refund" policy is unlawful to UK Consumer law, they want to take 10% of the value of the order as a restocking fee - that's £90 on a £900 item, a very expensive test cost at that stage.
Dodgy when you challenge them until pushed. Typical marketing company, fur coat no knickers
I have ordered my face LED mask on Friday with delivery date following Monday. Ever since then I am having a real nightmare.
The order has been placed, money paid £399, significant amount of my savings as I saved up for this product after long research. However my excitement is now gone.
My order has been dispatched on Monday went from Manchester to Leicester, since then it's (allegedly) in FedEx centre. I only live 20 miles away and the order is not scheduled for dispatch at all. I tried to contact FedEx - not successfull. I contacted Current body several times, I only managed to get through robot customer service which did not help me and later on I received email to say we contacted currier and will let you know when your delivery will take place.
I requested refund, as clearly my parcel is either lost or not arriving anytime soon and I have invested a lot of money. However Current Body is rejecting any refund for the goods that was not delivered, not planned to be delivered as I still do not have ETA and the lack of customer service is shocking for such expensive goods.
I will now have to go through my bank to dispute the payment.
Order arrived very quickly. Mask is well packaged and easy to use. Took a little while to find a comfortable position for the straps to make the mask sit in the right place. Only using for a week so far so can't comment on results.
So disappointed. These products are expensive but the customer care just isn’t there. I’ve had two defective products, they did work as in they do improve the condition of your skin but just aren’t robustly constructed. Trying to return the mask was a nightmare, they treat you as if you are stupid and request that you charge the battery! Clearly that wasn’t the issue. It took weeks of agro and slow response times for emails before I got my money back.
I brought the led hair growth hat for my partner who is going through a medical situation and this was intended to give her more confidence.
It arrived and was ok, you have to use for a while I understand for it to work. After a few days the batteries run out, and it never charged again.
We logged a call with support, at first they were great - arranged a return and I said I would send when we returned from a trip away.
By the time we had returned the return had been cancelled, a new support experience then started. First I had to do a series of tests - not so bad. Did the tests sent the feedback, packed it up. Had to chase a few days later to be told I now have to a video of the tests to get another return number, which I again did and sent. Chased a number of times, eventually got a return. We opted for a bigger size to see if it was more comfortable. The replacement came just as we were moving house, that meant it only got unpacked a couple of weeks later. Of course, it’s too big! Now, we are no longer to exchange it again, so I’m stuck with £700 worth of plastic that only makes my partner upset every time we see it.
I get I added to the delays, but at this price, you’d expect better customer service. There was a 100 day trial when I brought it, any mention of that is simply ignored.
I’m sorry if your in a situation where these tools might help you, but maybe consider not buying from current body as if it goes wrong they are only there to avoid and delay.
I did much research on red light therapy face masks and the Current Body one came up on of the best - Since I have started using it my skin has more of a glow and looks smoother - I am using it 5 times per week - The use of the mask is easy and quick. Very happy with my purchase
Have the grey multi version and am very pleased with it. I’m already noticing a difference in my skin and love being able to use the different colours for combination skin.
I love this mask — it’s super easy to use and very functional to store. The variety of settings and features is excellent, and I find myself using all the different light modes regularly.
The clearing mode (blue + red light) genuinely helps active acne flares calm down faster. I’ve noticed a real difference in how quickly blemishes fade when I’m consistent with it.
I just use it for a 2 weeks. Mask is very comfort, Easy to use. I like the one button press, no need for any other modes. So I hope will see the results in a few more weeks. I am using it daily and I like it very much. Peter
After extensive research, I decided on the LED face mask series 2, and it has exceeded my expectations. I previously used their LED hair growth helmet, which worked wonders for my hair.
