Very bad experience I didn’t receive the parcel the picture shows delivered outside my door which isn’t a safe place I haven’t received any response from them absolutely silence from their end only reply I have gotten is from AI agent.. very disappointing when you are buying such expensive product I will escalate the matter via other chanels now as they don’t reply
