A few months ago I ordered some cards and address labels. The cards arrived within a couple weeks and I was happy with them, but they told me that the address labels may take longer to ship. Evidently I was too patient because when I eventually asked why I hadn't received them yet, customer support responded by acknowledging that the labels were never delivered—but said that because it had been too long they couldn't issue a refund.I wrote back asking if there was any other way they could make it right, since there was no dispute that I hadn't received what I ordered. They never responded. No offer to ship the product late, no store credit, not even a coupon for my trouble.
