Ordered about $40 worth of items from Current Catalog in November and they arrived well before Christmas. I was satisfied with the quality. Only minor issue was the shipping package being a bit torn when it arrived but that is more on the delivery partner.
I recently ordered address labels from Current Catalog and I’m really happy with them. The quality is great, fine details and vibrant colors, the printing looks really nice and clean. They feel durable and look just like they did on the website. My order arrived on time and was packaged neatly. Overall a smooth experience and I’d re-purchase again!
I ordered $90 worth of product from Current on Jan.1. It said it was coming from Colorado and it still hasn't gotten here, Jan. 27. Yes, the winter storm began on Jan. 23, but that is still 3 weeks after the order was placed. I ordered an order that came from Ireland at the same time and I have already gotten that...from Ireland! I love Currents stuff but will not order from them again.
Last December before Christmas, I placed an order from Current in the amount of $27 for several items. They were to be delivered on January 9th. They have their money and I do not have my items. I tried contacting them and cannot through to find out what happened.
Ordered Santa letters for 3 of my grandchildren. Filled out info for each child including their address. At the end they wanted my name and shipping address which I couldn’t figure out why, but no info available that I could find about why they needed my address. I had ordered Santa letters from somewhere else in past years, but my one granddaughter said she thought she had gotten the same letter the year before so I was trying to change it up to throw her off. When I got a confirmation that they would be shipped to me, I contacted customer service. They said yes they had the children’s addresses but they would be shipped to me since I put in my shipping address. I said it asked for my shipping address. They said I should have ordered each one separately and put each child’s address as the shipping address. It said no where to do this. The other place you ordered them together, they used the kid’s addresses and sent them to each child’s. I guess they want to make sure they get shipping and tariff(handling charge) on each letter. They said I should have read instructions better, but there wasn’t anything about that! Now the kids will know I sent them due to postmark on letter. I will never order from this company again! They are a bunch of scammers!!!!!!
Beware of false advertising! For months Current listed, as a coupon code, a number to get $2.99 shipping with your order. When entered in the coupon area, it didn't work and a pop-up said it was a promotion code. Customer service and a manager refused to allow this number to be used as a coupon, even though their website listed it as a coupon. This is false advertising and should not be allowed.
ordered a pocket calendar for $4.39 expecting to pay shipping of course. I was given a discount of $.88, shipping and handling of $7.99, a shipping carrier surcharge (tariff?) of $2.99 for a total of $14.49 for a $5 calendar. WOW!
I never received my order after a month of waiting. After MULTIPLE emails and calls to check status of my order after no tracking number was provided I asked to get a refund and they keep telling me to wait 48-72 hrs for a call back and just keep kicking the stone down the road. I will never order from this place again. Even after asking to speak to someone in regards to my refund…they told me to wait 48-72 hours for the person to call me back. Complete JOKE of a company. They STOLE my money. Edit: after calling yet again 8/19 nearly a month after I placed my order….they finally sent me to billing department and started the PayPal refund.
A few months ago I ordered some cards and address labels. The cards arrived within a couple weeks and I was happy with them, but they told me that the address labels may take longer to ship. Evidently I was too patient because when I eventually asked why I hadn't received them yet, customer support responded by acknowledging that the labels were never delivered—but said that because it had been too long they couldn't issue a refund.I wrote back asking if there was any other way they could make it right, since there was no dispute that I hadn't received what I ordered. They never responded. No offer to ship the product late, no store credit, not even a coupon for my trouble.
