It has now been 10 days since the company sent me the wrong item, and they have yet to collect it or send the correct one. They claim they need the incorrect item back before issuing a refund, but they seem indifferent to this issue. I've called multiple times, and each time I'm told it will take two days for a pickup, yet nothing has happened. Customer service has been appalling, lacking empathy and accountability. I would advise steering clear.
