Poor customer treatment

Very Poor Service from their online department.Faulty TV returned for exchange and agreed a different make of TV. Curry's sent same TV twice.Called in to store and they would not accept online products for return/refund so advised a return for refund and buy direct from store another tv.I purchased new TV from store.I then find that online returns gives option to return to any store as quickest option!!Now....Online Return for refund takes up to 5 days for collection request + up to 14 more days to process the refund.Generally very poor treatment for customers and so deserved my note of disapproval.I have spent some £000's with Curry's over my lifetime, but after this experience I'll be giving their online shopping experience a miss!
