I bought a fridge freezer in July 2025, and it broke down by December 2025. A contractor sent by the company determined that the compressor was faulty and not worth repairing. I received a notice stating it was written off, so I selected a new model for an additional £170. It was delivered on January 15, 2026, but I noticed it was leaning backward slightly. When I reached out to the company again, they promised to send engineers on Sunday the 17th to fix it. I was awakened early by a call from someone who sounded more tired than I was, stating they would arrive at 7:00 am. I had to rush to get ready and let my dog out. They arrived right on time, but I had to roll back the carpet and move furniture for them. The first engineer seemed like he had just woken up and wanted to discuss my military collection instead of addressing the fridge issue. I guided him to the kitchen, where the second engineer arrived with muddy shoes. After some confusion, they concluded the fridge couldn't be adjusted. Their lack of experience was frustrating. At 80 years old, I've lost all patience with the company. They have your money and leave you feeling trapped. AVOID AND BE HAPPY.
