Paid extra £9.99 for specific delivery but the item didn't turn up. It's now coming 3 days later. I've been given a refund but a lot of frustration and hassle to sort it out. Also nearly got scammed, I suspect because the webchat is insufficiently secure. Very difficult to find ways to communicate on the Currys website and actually deal with human beings.
