Absolute nightmare.Purchased a microwave in October which was returned to store for exchange and due for next day delivery by DPD. The delivery never arrived after email saying it had.Tried to contact DPD and after nearly an hour received email saying they had tried to deliver but no answer from customer.and a photo of a house taken who knows where.After further contact with DPD I was assured delivery was next day.Again this never happened.Item was delivered three days later and when opened was damaged and had to be returned to store by myself. After all the lies that I was told by DPD and misinformation in their email to me I would hope that you would take action against DPD for their service or should I say lack of.
