This is a follow on from my refund request regarding a damaged ps5 box which had been opened when I collected this online purchase from my local store. I went in last Friday to sort this problem and spoke to the manager who spoke to head office while I stood with him in the store but after 10 mins he told me it can’t be done at this time. He assured me he would call on the Monday to update me on progress but failed to do this, I then contacted Currys customer helpline and I spoke to a call centre employee who could not put me through to my local store, informing me I would have to go to the store myself(15 mile round trip). I will visit today to get my refund (£528)if not my last option is to contact my credit card company to take the required action on Curry’s to bring this disgusting customer experience to an end.
