I was in the need of a new device as my ancient tablet had fallen apart and wanted to buy a laptop due to a bigger screen and a keyboard (so no more finger prints all over the screen). We went to Currys as it is under 2 miles from home. We entered and after looking at all the options i found a laptop that fitted my needs and eventually found a member of staff to ask about purchasing the product. The employee didn't fill us with confidence but said he would go to the stockroom for the item. 10 mins later a senior staff member asked us if we needed help and went to chase up the first member of staff. He returned with the news that they had no stock and we could not purchase. I asked if I could order, he rolled his eyes but took us to a computer point and ordered the laptop. I was ordering the product and it was myself that enquired about the product and asked if I could order it. Yet it was my husband he was talking to, despite the fact it was my purchase, until I paid. The rest of the process was fine, but the attitude of the member of staff we first encountered has lost you 3 stars.
