Just bought a Samsung microwave from Currys.Very nice but being such a dark front and poor eyesight in our 80s we can't see the buttons on the control panel and need to put the torch on to see it.In store was so illuminated.Telephoned customer service that took ages to actually connect with someone, who categorically told us once the box is open it can not! be changed. We couldn't see a white one which we wanted so had to make do with a darker one.What a difference to John Lewis who accepted our first buy back because it was too small and was returned to Waitrose. Box opened and all.. Give curries a wide birth.The young girl Charlotte who served us was very helpful though.The 2 stars are for her.
