I am an 85 year old buying a new mobile phone. There was no help regarding transferring data for one phone to the new one.He said he wasn't allowed to do that.His manner was pleasant but I felt I needed more support, Also I wanted a cover and all he could offer me was a transparent one. I felt the shop offered a very poor selection and missed a sale on 24.11.25
