Nothing was clearly priced and 25 minute wait to see a sales advisor.Situation saved by a sales advisor who couldn't find the person he was looking for. Even he did not know the correct price of the product. Said it was £187 but when we went to pay it was £40 more. For a large company I find it very unprofessional.
