They were unable to deliver item unless I paid extra for them to take the doors off to enable the item to be brought into the house. I was more than happy to do that but the process meant having to phone the day after as the call centre were unable to add the installation cost on until the item was back in the depot. I would have happily paid there and then but due to the current process this has now meant that I have to wait an extra 4 days. Surely this must happen a lot so an instant payment scheme should be set up. The call centre was no help at all and did not alleviate any stress that this issue has caused.
