The online experience was ok, however the additional sales tactics inviting you to ‘bundle’ additional good was too pushy and misleading. The bundle included an Anti Virus product sold separately, however the M365 Microsoft license also comes with Microsoft Defender which does the same thing and arguably better. That would be duplicate costs which would not be required!
