My experience with the retailer was not completely satisfactory. Wrong information on expected delivery was incorrect. Having to be communicating with the courier company. They were unable to provide details of delivery. Various calls were made. Between the customer service agent at the retailer and the courier. Finally the courier gave the telephone number of the company responsible to forward the item to the courier. Hopefully the retailer's customer service agents will give correct information in the future. This has been frustrating and time consuming.
