Collecting my online order from the local store was a frustrating experience. Staff were congregated in groups and not assisting customers waiting to collect items. The wait exceeded 15 minutes. There was a rude manager present who clearly needs customer service training. Based on this experience, I won't be returning to this store after spending £699 online.
