If I could give a 0 star review I would. I brought 2 gift cards in good faith and when the Currys website crashed on purchase I lost the full value of these card. First I called the company and was assured the money would come back. Second time I messaged the company on the live chat feature and they logged a ticket and said it would be proceed in 24 hours then I messaged again and was told they don't work weekends(which would of stopped my annoyance). Checked my gift card 4 days after and the company had only refunded 1 gift card and was told the second one wasn't included on the request so I then got to wait again for the gift card team to process.While this was going on I have now lost the ability to get this item delivered which was the whole point of going to Currys in the first place.
