Booked a delivery date for a fridge freezer, paid £20 for anytime delivery on that day. Got a confirmation text of the date, and then a text that morning, saying it would be delivered between 3 & 7pm. Rearranged my day to be there waiting, and tracked the delivery on a map on their app. They were 2 miles away, at 6pm, but then drove away south. No sign of them at 7pm. Contacted their Customer Service Online Chat. They said it now would be delivered in 5 days time. Why did they not ring me to explain and apologise? Why have they not delivered it the very next morning? Terrible service. Will not use Curry’s again.
