Paid for a specific time slot for delivery and turned up quite late. No apology, no explanation....nothing. Then after 2 days the washing machine has developed a fault. Keeps bring up an Error Code (E22, blocked filter) but the machine is brand new. Checked anyway and not blocked. Sometimes it won't drain, other times it fills up when it shouldn't and on one occasion, the machine said "cycle ended" but was still going ! Definitely a "Friday Afternoon" Machine that is not fit for purpose under the Consumer Credit Act and needs to be exchanged asap. Contacted Curry's Customer Support who were completely disinterested. Said somebody would call back and guess what....silence.
