Everything was perfect until your salesman said…. In his works..We only offer a two week break down return policy so i advise you to take out a cover plan!. It’s funny when theses things happen to me when I work closely with trading standards. So I advise that your salesmen use a different approach when trying to sell cover and not to try and frighten people in too buying it. And to be familiar with consumer laws & regulations
