Awful. Took day off today as booked delivery for washing machine. Tracked the delivery via link every 15 minutes, seen it very close by, then all of a sudden, order showed as cancelled. Went on the chat and all the agent kept saying was , please bear with me, still checking. They still haven't answered it. I have to now wait, to phone them directly. Don't think I will get any sense out of anyone
