Wish there was a zero option. Placed an order last week and this was not processed contacted visual assistant who explained there had been issue with order , not email or any confirmation to advise it hadn't went through. I have spent 59 mins on chat to this virtual assistant who thought it was appropriate to talk me though how to order item, this is not an issue the issue was your system as you told me on chat, then advised me at 10pm you had finished shift appreciate that you were finished however instead of leaving a customer waiting 7 mins through chat is not acceptable and still no resolution absolutely appalling customer service
