Thank you very much.(However, alongside this an attempt to repair my broken device was dealt with amazingly badly! - I have had three texts telling me that my repaired laptop is to delivered (now 12 days late) - I wasn't expecting it at all, having opted for a replacement. It was to arrive last week but didn't (no explanation), and againyesterday (so I stayed in again specially) but it never came. Now I am told it will come Friday!! - I shall not, repeat NOT, be in.)
