I bought a carpet cleaner on line from Currys 3 weeks ago. When I received it the stair carpet brush was missing. I asked them to send me a new one they said send the original box back which I did. They told me 5 working days, that was 3 weeks ago. I rang Currys again after a week, they told me they haven't received it. I rang them again today, they told me they still hadn't received it and they will give a report to me in 3 days. I found it so difficult to understand the person on the phone the other end, I told him so as well, then he began to whisper, then I lost my temper. I rang up DPD, they said it was signed for and received last Friday. I believe the expression is fake news. I say mistaken or where I come from lying toe rags. I get the impression I am dealing with a 3rd world company operating in the Far East. I am being totally ignored by Currys. I strongly suggest do not buy on line from Currys because the minute they get your cash forget what they promise you, they are going to make your life a living hell. They also told me there was £100 knocked off the carpet washer, I only paid £140 approximately. I have to look into that now at the store. Believe me be very careful when buying on line from Currys because once they have your money God help you
