I was told that my order would be in on Monday evening (I ordered Sunday) I have had to phone twice (it is now Wednesday evening) and have eventually been told that it has had to be re-ordered and there is. I delivery date. I would not have been updated had I not asked. I asked to speak to a manager but was told they would book me a call on Friday and they couldn’t give me any idea when my purchase would arrive. I’m disappointed with the lack of communication.
