How unfortunate, after giving a really good review 5 days ago to now receive such poor customer service. I am inclined to believe the Curry’s Price Guarantee for Black Friday is a scam!The form you are sent to doesn’t work. I contacted the team with plenty of time, followed their instructions to try and fix and this still didn’t work. I sent them all details required for the price guarantee within the deadline (25th Nov) to receive a message today from ‘Sarah’ to say I am now passed the deadline and they will no longer accept it because they hadn’t resolved the issues on their end and would not honour the fact I sent them the data. Something tells me they want as little people as possible (if any) to be able to submit their data so they do not have to honour anything.
